Student Freelancer (w/m/d)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a young company in leadership consulting, student support plays a vital role in the success of our daily work!

On-site Delivery Track

Location: on-site at our development / assessment centers, across Europe and internationally (paid transport, accommodation, and meals on-site)

In this event management role, you will be assisting in the delivery of our programs by helping to run assessment and development centers. Task will include coordinating with the event venue, ensuring the smooth running of our event schedule, briefing and supporting participants, ensuring clarity of exercises, managing stakeholders, and aiding in on-site report writing. We are looking for someone with a willingness to travel, a strong sense of customer service, resilience, problem-solving skills, strong self-confidence, communication skills, and attention to detail. We will provide training.

Research and Internal Projects Track

Location: flexible, either at our Berlin office or remotely

In this research role, we are looking for someone to support in researching trends, best practices, and information, which will be used to generate our leadership development materials. This will be accomplished through research, summarizing findings, creating content for customer engagements, compiling best practices, and editing documents. This track allows for you to work remotely from home and to communicate with our team virtually (email, Skype, etc.). We are looking for someone who is reliable in working independently, has excellent communication and writing skills, displays an interest in leadership development, and works in a structured manner.

YOUR SKILLS:
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s (at least 3rd semester) or Master’s program in psychology, business, economics or a related field
Flexible and reliable in working independently, a real self-starter with strong communication skills!
Proactive and a great team player, service-oriented, diligent, responsible
Interest in leadership development or assessment
Fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus, but not a must
Willingness to travel (you do not need to be based in Berlin!)

Office Management Assistant (Bürokauffrau/Mann) (m/w/d)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this office management role, we are looking for someone to be the heart of our office. While handling a variety of administrative responsibilities, you will play a vital role in helping our office run smoothly and will take the lead on key coordination tasks. Your tasks will be customer facing, internal, and finance focused. On the customer side, you will be coordinating customer project engagements through hotel and events management and travel coordination for the Fugu team. Internally, you will be responsible for internal organizational and administrative tasks and optimizing these processes to improve our team success. Finally, you will work on several finance-related tasks such as expense and invoice handling.

We are looking for a highly reliable person with a structured problem-solving approach, the ability to multitask, and excellent project management skills.  You should have a strong sense of customer service, the ability to adapt easily to changes, and should be comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team.

Location: at our Berlin office (Tiergarten)

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Completed vocational training as an office management assistant and min. of 2 years of work experience in an office coordination role
  • Comfortable working on financial tasks, such as expense recording and invoicing
  • Strong computer skills (MS suite and willingness to learn other tools)
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills, good command in German is a plus (English is the office language)
  • Flexible and reliable in working independently, a real self-starter
  • Proactive and a great team player, service-oriented, diligent, responsible
  • A learning mindset and desire to take on new challenges
  • An interest in people development
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
