Our history: Born from a need for change

We have seen many organizations attempt to prepare leaders for ever increasing global pressures and challenges, only to see them fail to reach their intended targets, wasting significant amounts of resources and money in the process.

Fugu was founded on the principle that leadership development is not a one time event, but a continuous road toward refinement and, ultimately, mastery.  Rather than training the masses, Fugu accelerates and optimizes the impact of key leaders who will transform the mindsets of the majority, through role-modelling truly great leadership in their organizations.
